Election 2012: Arizona to Romney, Obama wins Minnesota

Mitt Romney will win the state of Arizona's 11 electoral votes, according to NBC News. And with 22 percent of the votes in, President Obama is projected the winner of the state of Minnesota, with 10 EVs. Obama with 53 percent, Romney with 45 percent.
