Election 2012: Wisconsin to Obama

President Obama wins Wisconsin's 10 electoral votes, according to an NBC News projection, with 2 percent of the vote in hand. It's bound to be especially sweet considering that the Badger State is the home state of Rep. Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney's running mate. It's also likely to ease the wounds of Wisconsin Democrats still smarting from the failed recall of GOP Gov. Scott Walker.
